This tool uses pdf-lib loaded dynamically from a CDN — all merging happens in your browser. Your PDFs are never uploaded to any server. Supports multiple files, drag-and-drop reordering and instant download of the combined file. No limits, no signup, no watermark.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a page limit?
- Not on our side. Limit is your browser's RAM — modern Chrome easily handles 500+ pages. Very large PDFs (>200 MB) may take time.
- Does it preserve quality?
- Yes — pdf-lib copies binary pages without re-rendering. Image quality, fonts and digital signatures are preserved exactly.
- And digital signatures?
- Signatures are preserved visually but merging invalidates the cryptography (because the document changed). For legal use, sign the combined PDF at the end, not before.
- Does it work offline?
- Once the page is loaded, yes. The pdf-lib library downloads from CDN on first visit and stays in browser cache.
