- No. You can use Free without signup up to the daily limit (20 calcs/day). Creating an account unlocks history, favorites, and Pro/Business plans.
- QWhat are the usage limits per plan?
- Free: 20 calcs/day + 5 AI runs/mo. Pro ($19/mo): 200 calcs/day + 100 AI/mo. Business ($49/mo): 1,000 calcs/day + 500 AI/mo + unlimited BYOK with your own key.
- QWhat is BYOK and why does it matter in Business?
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) means you connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini API, and AI runs use your key. That gives you unlimited AI tool usage because you pay the provider directly — we just orchestrate.
- QHow does the 7-day Pro trial work?
- 7 days, no credit card. Sign up, get full Pro access for 7 days, and we only ask for a card if you decide to continue. If you don't, you automatically drop back to Free.
- QIs my data sent to any server?
- Most tools calculate in your browser — your inputs never leave. AI tools use external APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) and we always warn you. With BYOK on Business, they don't even pass through our servers.
