Plans & pricing
- Can I use Zona Utility for free?
- Yes. The Free plan includes 20 calculations per day on free tools and full access to the AdSense calculator. No card required.
- What happens if I hit the daily limit?
- You can wait for midnight UTC reset or upgrade to Pro, which removes limits on all tools.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, from your dashboard. You keep Pro/Business until the end of the paid period.
Billing
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All international cards via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Google Pay and Apple Pay in some countries.
- Do you provide tax invoices?
- Yes, Stripe issues an invoice per charge. You can download it from your dashboard and update tax details anytime.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, full refund within the first 14 days if Pro didn't work for you. Email hola@zonutility.com.
Tools
- How often do new tools launch?
- Public roadmap of 47+ tools. Average: 2–4 new per month. Leave your email on Coming Soon tools to get notified.
- Do tools work offline?
- No. They require connection — part of the calculation runs server-side for consistency. The UI is fast even on slow networks.
- Is there a public API?
- API is included in Business. For high volume or B2B integration, email enterprise@zonutility.com.
Data & security
- What data do you store about me?
- Your email, active subscription and calculation history if logged in. We never sell your data. Details at /legal/privacidad.
- Are you GDPR and LGPD compliant?
- Yes. You can export or delete your entire account from the dashboard. Infra in EU/US with TLS 1.3 and RLS on Postgres.
- Who processes payments?
- Stripe. We never see or store your card — only a token and the last 4 digits.
