How this tool works
For freelancers, consultants and small businesses, generating an invoice each time is friction — most end up copying a 3-year-old Word doc with wrong date and outdated client data. A poorly-made PDF projects bad image and, in some countries, isn't fiscally valid.
This generator produces professional PDF invoices with your info (company, address, tax ID), client data, line items with qty/price/total, automatic tax calculation (VAT, sales tax, ICMS per country) and final total. Supports 8 currencies (USD, EUR, MXN, COP, ARS, CLP, PEN, BRL) and exports straight to PDF. All in your browser — no data is saved anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this invoice fiscally valid?
- Depends on country. Mexico: you need CFDI 4.0 (not just a PDF — needs SAT timbre). Argentina: electronic invoice via AFIP. Spain: with correct data (NIF, date, sequential number) works for VAT. This tool is ideal for international invoices or as complement to official fiscal system.
- Can I add a logo?
- Current version is text-only. For logo, export the PDF then open in Acrobat/Preview to insert image.
- What taxes does it calculate?
- You define the % (VAT Mexico 16%, VAT Spain 21%, IGV Peru 18%, ICMS Brazil 17-18%, etc.). The calc applies it to subtotal before total.
- Sequential numbering?
- Manual for now. We recommend format 'YYYY-NNN' (2026-001, 2026-002...) so AFIP/SAT/AEAT doesn't flag gaps.
